We are looking for a Retool Developer to design, build, and maintain front-facing
applications using Retool for transaction processing, reporting, and analytics.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to create user-friendly tools
that connect to our databases and APIs.

- Build applications on Retool for payment transactions, dashboards, and
reporting tools.
- Design intuitive workflows and front-end interfaces for business users and
customers.
- Connect Retool apps to databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and REST APIs.
- Implement basic business logic, validations, and automations within Retool.
- Ensure applications are performant, secure, and user-friendly.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve tools.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with Retool (or similar low-code internal tool builders).
- Strong understanding of connecting Retool to databases and APIs.
- Ability to design clean, intuitive UI layouts using Retool components.
- Good grasp of SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for custom scripting inside Retool if needed.
- Understanding of API authentication, security best practices, and data privacy.
Experience
- Experience in payment transactions, reporting, or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS services like RDS, S3, and Lambda (for API endpoints).
- Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Previous experience in fintech or high-transaction environments.
