Nomupay is a fast-growing global payments and fintech business, helping merchants move money seamlessly across borders. As we continue to scale our commercial organisation in Asia, we’re hiring an SDR Consultant to drive high-quality pipeline generation across our priority verticals in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our revenue engine, focused on structured outbound prospecting, vertical targeting and strategic pipeline creation across APAC markets.
The role
As an SDR Consultant, you will generate qualified pipeline opportunities for our Sales team. You’ll work within a data-driven go-to-market framework, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
This role suits a commercially driven individual who thrives in fast-paced fintech environments and wants exposure to complex, regulated B2B sales in Asia. Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is required to engage effectively with regional clients.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting across priority verticals in APAC
- Identify and engage decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Sales team
- Conduct research-driven account targeting aligned with GTM strategy
- Use CRM and sales engagement tools to manage outreach and reporting
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate data tracking
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to improve conversion rates
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting and prospecting strategy
What we’re looking for
- 1–4+ years’ experience in SDR, BDR, recruitment or outbound sales roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or B2B technology preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese; English required
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-led environments
