Regional Finance Business Partner, Asia

Key responsibilities

• Finance lead to strategic projects regionally/ globally within the group.
• Support regional/ global sales teams in pricing deals.
• Develop financial models and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives for business and financial decisions.
• Provide insights into the performance and drivers of the business through financial analysis and financial metrics.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles.
• Track the KPIs to ensure key objectives (ie. revenue, OPEX) targets are being met and work closely with relevant key stakeholders to bridge gap(s) if any.
• Collaboration with global teams to deliver high-quality insights.
• Identifying key market trends and competitor activities and making strategic recommendations.

Experience and requirements

• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Regional business partnering experience is a positive.
• Commercially minded individual and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Payment industry or Investment Banking is a plus.
• Understanding of payment pricing models including an understanding of MCP, IC++ and APMs is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales teams to drive KPIs/ targets.
• Competent financial modelling skills.
