We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales teams across fintech and banking products. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our teams have the clarity and tools needed to effectively sell our solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a product expert and support sales teams with detailed product knowledge.
- Identify product gaps and advise on go-to-market readiness.
- Provide clarity on product timelines and readiness to prevent lost sales time.
- Join meetings with BDMs and sales teams to advise on product capabilities.
- Serve as a complementary role to sales, helping them sell what we have effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product understanding across the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales consulting or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of fintech, banking, or payments products.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand products and contribute immediately.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
