Accounting Analyst

主要职责

• Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries to the general ledger.
• Ensure all journal entries are supported with proper documentation.
• Support our finance team in matters pertaining to monthly financial closing, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure consistency in accounting operations across the group.
• Ensure data accuracy in the accounts and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and ensure that schedules relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, prepayment are timely maintained.
• Working with in-house accounting team and the regional/ global teams on Statutory vs IFRS differences.
• Assisting in local and group audits including liaising with external and internal auditors.
• Ensure compliance to Statutory and Financial deadlines.

经验和要求

• Minimum 5 years of operational accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger function and month end close process is mandatory.
• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent.
• Written and spoken ability to communicate in English fluently.
• Hands-on experience of IFRS for APAC countries is a plus.
• Strong Reconciliation Skills.
• Experience in the Payment industry is a plus.
