How do I reset a password?

If you want to change your password, or reset a colleague's password, follow these steps:

• Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the 'Users' section within the navigation bar.
• Use the search bar to find the user.
• Select the email icon on the far right.
• Select 'Reset password' and 'Send'
• The user will then receive an email to set up a new password.

Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password and cannot access your dashboard, you can click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the login page and follow the instructions, or request a password reset from a colleague who can follow the instructions above.
