Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and grow sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities, generating leads and expanding our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project delivery.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience within the payments industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Compensation:
