Objectives of this role
- Lead the business end-to-end: operations, risk, finance, product, technology and compliance (supported by our wider group)
- Shape strategy and governance as part of our newly formed board (COO, CFO, CCO, Head of Compliance)
- Drive scalability and resilience for significant transaction volumes
- Leverage your network to accelerate growth
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience in fintech, payments or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and payment institution governance
- Track record of scaling businesses and driving operational excellence
- Ability to navigate complex compliance and risk frameworks
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and board-level experience
- Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
